industry standards set by the American Society for Testing and Materials
(ASTM). ASTM International is one of the largest voluntary standards
development organizations in the world and their guidelines are accepted
and followed by virtually all manufacturers in the toy industry.
At Valtech LLC, we are very proud of our safety record. Throughout the

incidents or recalls. Our products have proven their durability through
heavy daily usage at numerous child-care centers and schools around the
country.
Magna-Tiles® do not contain any BPA, phthalates, PVC, latex or toxic materials. The types of plastic used for Magna-Tiles® are as follows. Magna-Tiles® Solid Colors use HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) and Magna-Tiles® Clear Colors use ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).
