My order hasn’t shipped because it contains a pre-order. What should I do?

All orders ship as a whole, so you will receive any in-stock items when your pre-ordered product becomes available. If you would like to receive in-stock orders sooner, contact us — we are happy to help! Pre-order items are available to purchase ahead of the date they’re available for shipping. In these cases, pre-order items will be clearly marked in your cart during checkout.
