("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, then you may not access the Site or use any services.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We may use third-party payment processors and tax processors, and your data may be shared securely with those vendors for the purpose of fulfilling your order in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In no case shall MAGNA-TILES, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MAGNA-TILES and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site or in respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

MAGNA-TILES REWARDS — Loyalty Program Policy/Terms of Service

Program Overview

MAGNA-TILES REWARDS (“Program”) is the official loyalty and VIP rewards program for MAGNA-TILES customers. Members earn MAGNA-POINTS through eligible purchases and approved engagement activities, redeem points for rewards, and unlock exclusive VIP experiences and benefits.

Participation in the Program is subject to the terms outlined below. MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any Program benefits at any time. The Program is void where prohibited by law.


1. Program Eligibility & Enrollment

Eligibility

The Program is open to customers with a valid MAGNA-TILES customer account.

Membership Requirements

Customers must create or activate a customer account to:

  • Earn and redeem MAGNA-POINTS
  • Access VIP tiers and benefits
  • Track rewards and expiration dates
  • Receive loyalty communications
  • Receive personalized family and birthday communications (if enrolled in optional Family Birthday Club features)

Guest customers may earn eligible points from purchases or promotions but must activate an account to redeem rewards or access Program features.

Account Limitations

  • Only US-based customers are eligible to participate in MAGNA-TILES Rewards?
  • Limit one Program account per individual. MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to restrict multiple accounts created within one household to circumvent limits, referral rules, or reward caps.
  • Duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts may be suspended or terminated at MAGNA-TILES’ where reasonably necessary.

2. MAGNA-POINTS Economy

MAGNA-POINTS Value & Nature

1 “MAGNA-POINT” = *$0.05

*This is a fixed value

MAGNA-POINTS are promotional loyalty rewards, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Redemption Increments

  • 100 points = $5 off
  • 200 points = $10 off
  • 300 points = $15 off
  • 400 points = $20 off
  • 500 points = $25 off

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to adjust redemption values and thresholds at any time. 


3. Earning MAGNA-POINTS

Purchase Earnings

Members earn MAGNA-POINTS on eligible purchases based on VIP tier status. Points become available upon delivery of the eligible order. If a return causes a redeemed-points transaction to become ineligible, the account may show a negative balance, and future earnings may be applied to offset that balance. Fractional points, if any, are rounded up to the nearest point.

Apprentice

  • 1 point per $1 spent

Creator

  • 1.25 points per $1 spent

Master

  • 1.5 points per $1 spent

Points Calculation Policy

Points are earned on:

  • Merchandise subtotal only
  • After discounts are applied
  • Before taxes and shipping

·         Eligible spend excludes taxes, shipping charges, gift card purchases, refunded orders, canceled orders, and unauthorized transactions.

Points are not earned on:

  • Taxes
  • Shipping charges
  • Gift cards
  • Refunded purchases
  • Purchases using rewards
  • Purchases made with store credit
  • Wholesale or B2B orders (if applicable)

Only out of pocket amount qualifies

  • $300+ rolling 12-month qualifying spend

Benefits

  • 1.5 points per $1 spent
  • 200 birthday bonus points
  • Double points promotional events
  • Access to the MAGNA-TILES Play Promise
  • 2-week early access to select product launches
  • Surprise & Delight gifting experiences

MAGNA-TILES will include no fewer than two (2) Surprise & Delight gifts annually for eligible Master members. Gifts are selected and distributed at MAGNA-TILES’ discretion and are not guaranteed with every order.

5. VIP Qualification Window

Rolling 12-Month Qualification

VIP tier eligibility is evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis.

Customers must maintain the required qualifying spend within the previous 12 months to retain their VIP tier status.

Tier status is evaluated monthly based on the previous 12 months of qualifying spend.

If a member no longer meets the threshold, the new tier becomes effective on the first day of the following month.

Temporary review delays may occur due to returns or order verification.

Qualifying activity begins accumulating on June 15, 2026, the official launch date of the MAGNA-TILES REWARDS Program.

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to modify qualification thresholds, tier structures, benefits, or program terms at any time without prior notice.


6. SMS Marketing Reward Disclosure

Customers who choose to subscribe to MAGNA-TILES SMS marketing may be eligible to receive MAGNA-POINTS or other promotional rewards associated with enrollment. Membership in the MAGNA-TILES Rewards Program does not require consent to promotional SMS.

By enrolling in SMS marketing and accepting associated loyalty rewards, customers acknowledge that MAGNA-TILES may use their information in accordance with the MAGNA-TILES Privacy Policy.

If a member receives a one-time SMS enrollment reward, unsubscribing from marketing SMS will not by itself forfeit previously earned core loyalty points, though future SMS-specific promotions may not be available.

Loyalty point balance updates and reward notifications may also be sent via SMS.

SMS Consent Language

By subscribing to MAGNA-TILES SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders, loyalty updates, promotions) from MAGNA-TILES at the mobile number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

7. One-Time Reward Limitations

The following rewards are limited to one redemption per customer account/household for the lifetime of the Program:

  • Account signup reward
  • Email signup reward
  • SMS signup reward
  • Facebook like reward
  • Facebook Group join reward
  • Instagram follow reward
  • Profile completion reward

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to revoke points earned through fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or misleading submissions.


8. Birthday Rewards

Member Birthday Reward

Members may register one personal birthday associated with their MAGNA-TILES REWARDS account through the ‘Ways to Earn’ section.

Eligible members may receive birthday bonus MAGNA-POINTS or promotional rewards annually based on their VIP tier status.

Birthday rewards:

  • Are limited to one redemption per customer account per calendar year
  • May only be redeemed during the eligible birthday reward window
  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to request verification or remove fraudulent birthday entries at its discretion.

Optional: Family Birthday Club

Members may optionally participate in the MAGNA-TILES Family Birthday Club by providing limited family birthday information, including birth month and birth year for personalization purposes. MAGNA-TILES collects limited family birthday information solely to personalize rewards, recommendations, and family experiences within the Program. MAGNA-TILES does not knowingly allow children to create loyalty accounts or directly submit personal information through the Program. Members may update or delete family birthday information at any time by emailing info@magnatiles.com or by using our Contact Us form.

The Family Birthday Club allows MAGNA-TILES to provide:

  • Personalized birthday rewards
  • Age-relevant product recommendations
  • Celebration reminders
  • Birthday-themed content and offers

Participation in the Family Birthday Club is optional and is not required for participation in MAGNA-TILES REWARDS.

Family Birthday Club Guidelines:

  • Members may submit birthday information for up to five (5) children per household.
  • Members should only submit information for children for whom they are the parent or legal guardian.
  • Birthday rewards, promotions, or experiences associated with the Family Birthday Club are issued at MAGNA-TILES’ discretion.
  • MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue Family Birthday Club benefits at any time.

Birthday information provided through the Family Birthday Club is used solely for personalization, loyalty experiences, and marketing communications in accordance with the MAGNA-TILES Privacy Policy.

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to remove fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading birthday submissions.


9. Referral Program

Give $20, Get $20

Eligible members may refer new customers to MAGNA-TILES.

Referral Offer

  • Referred customer receives $20 off their first purchase of *$150+
  • Referring member receives $20 off a future eligible purchase after the referral purchase is completed and verified

* excludes taxes and shipping costs, consistent with how points are earned on pre-tax and pre-shipping cart totals.


Referral Program Limitations

To protect the integrity of the Program:

  • Referral rewards are capped at ten (10) successful referrals per customer account per rolling 12-month period
  • Self-referrals are prohibited
  • Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or fraudulent referrals are prohibited
  • Referred customers *must qualify as new customers
  • Referral rewards may be delayed pending verification and applicable return windows
  • Referral links may not be published, distributed, or shared on commercial coupon websites, paid promotion platforms, or public deal forums without prior authorization from MAGNA-TILES.

·         MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to invalidate referrals, revoke rewards, or suspend accounts associated with unauthorized referral distribution or promotional abuse.

·         No email/phone/address overlap with an existing customer account associated with magnatiles.com

·         No same payment instrument or shipping address associated with a previous purchase on magnatiles.com

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to revoke referral rewards or suspend accounts associated with abuse or suspicious activity.


10. Points Expiration Policy

Rolling FIFO Expiration

MAGNA-POINTS expire individually based on when they were earned using a First-In, First-Out (“FIFO”) structure.

Each point transaction expires exactly 12 months after the original earn date.

When points are redeemed, the oldest available points are used first.

MAGNA-TILES may send expiration reminder emails prior to point expiration but is not responsible for unredeemed expired pointspro


11. Reward Redemption Rules

Reward Types

Rewards may be issued in the form of:

  • Discount codes
  • Promotional offers
  • Product rewards
  • Free shipping rewards
  • Exclusive experiences

Additional Information

·         Points are non-transferable except where required by law or approved by MAGNA-TILES

·         Rewards account closure forfeits unused points and tier status.

·         MAGNA-TILES may permit correction/merge in limited duplicate-account cases


Discount Stacking

Redeemed rewards, discount codes, or promotional offers may be subject to separate expiration dates and terms disclosed at the time of issuance.

Unless otherwise specified, loyalty rewards may combine with:

  • Product-level discounts and sale items
  • Automatic product discounts
  • Free shipping offers

Certain promotions, sitewide discounts or product category exclusions may prohibit stacking at MAGNA-TILES' discretion.


12. Early Access Policy

Select VIP members may receive early access to product launches, collections, or promotional events.

Early access inventory is limited and not guaranteed.

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to modify launch timing, product availability, or access eligibility at any time.


13. The MAGNA-TILES Play Promise

All authentic MAGNA-TILES sets are backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty — a commitment designed to support long-lasting creative play.

We proudly support products purchased directly from MAGNA-TILES or through authorized retailers. Warranty coverage applies only to purchases made through authorized sales channels.

To submit a warranty claim request, customers must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Supporting photos of the product and issue
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by our Customer Experience team

Warranty support is intended for product issues resulting from normal intended household use.

The MAGNA-TILES Play Promise does not cover:

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear
  • Intentional misuse or abuse
  • Lost or discarded pieces
  • Damage caused by improper storage, accidents, pets, or unauthorized modifications
  • Commercial, institutional, or classroom use unless otherwise approved
  • Repeated or excessive replacement requests

Replacement approvals, product substitutions, and support resolutions are determined at the discretion of MAGNA-TILES.

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to deny claims, limit replacements, or revoke warranty support in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program.


14. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

If an order is:

  • Returned – either partial or in full
  • Refunded
  • Canceled
  • Charged back

MAGNA-POINTS earned from that purchase may be removed or adjusted accordingly.

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to invalidate rewards redeemed through refunded or fraudulent purchases. A return may drive a negative Points balance on your MAGNA-TILES Rewards account. Product exchanges will not impact Points.


15. Abuse, Fraud & Enforcement Policy

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to monitor Program participation and investigate behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or inconsistent with the intended spirit of the Program. MAGNA-TILES may request additional information to verify account ownership or eligibility.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Self-referrals
  • Referral farming
  • Fake birthdays, child profiles, or misleading household information
  • Exploiting technical loopholes
  • Excessive returns or refund abuse
  • Resale activity intended to manipulate Program benefits
  • Unauthorized commercial use of rewards

MAGNA-TILES may, at its sole discretion:

  • Remove points
  • Reverse rewards
  • Downgrade VIP status
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Disqualify members from future participation

without prior notice.


16. Program Changes & Termination

MAGNA-TILES reserves the right to:

  • Modify Program structure
  • Change earning rates
  • Adjust reward values
  • Update expiration rules
  • Change VIP thresholds
  • Suspend or terminate the Program

at any time and without prior notice where permitted by law.
