Will these Terms ever change?
MAGNA-TILES® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, MAGNA-TILES® grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.
What are the basics of using magnatiles.com?
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
You may choose to sign up for an account if we have enabled that function, and select a password and user name. If you sign up for an account, you promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission.

You’re responsible for any activity associated with your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe there has been an unauthorized access to your MAGNA-TILES® account. MAGNA-TILES® is not responsible for any delay in shutting down your account after you have reported a breach of security to us.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to MAGNA-TILES®, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Website and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Apple’s express prior written consent.
Limits on Purchases
We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. To enforce this or any other policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased, including without limitation, per person, per household, per account, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We also reserve the right to cease doing business with those customers violating this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Product Information and Pricing
The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. Dollars. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and styles of our products that appear on the Website. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the product descriptions, product images, pricing, promotions, availability or other information or content on the Website. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. We will not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. If we cancel any orders after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Once your order reaches above $50, free standard shipping will automatically be applied to your order. The threshold for FREE shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied. If you choose another shipping option, additional shipping and handling fees will apply.

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of items sold by MAGNA-TILES®, you may return it in accordance with MAGNA-TILES® Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of items sold by an authorized MAGNA-TILES® retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance with your refund.
User Information
If you register with this Website, make a purchase via the Website, sign up for e-mails or enter a sweepstakes, contests or promotion, you will be asked to provide personal information to us (“User Information”). Our information collection and use policies with respect to such User Information are set forth in the Website’s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your User Information up to date and accurate.
Mobile Terms of Service
The MAGNA-TILES® mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by MVW Holdings, Inc. Da MAGNA-TILES® (“MAGNA-TILES®”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to MAGNA-TILES®’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of MAGNA-TILES® through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, product launches, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MAGNA-TILES®. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18559193798 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MAGNA-TILES® mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
