For the second consecutive year, MAGNA-TILES is proud to kick off National Volunteer Month this April by partnering with Loaves and Fishes Community Services.
Loaves and Fishes is a local nonprofit dedicated to providing healthy food and impactful programs aimed at promoting self-sufficiency. For 40 years, they have been serving upwards of 10,000 residents each week across four counties, with 58% of those served being children. We are honored to partner with this incredible organization and support their mission to serve our community.
As part of MAGNA-TILES’ Complete Commitment to Others, our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives are deeply aligned with our core values. We recognize the importance of being mindful of how our actions impact the environment and communities. This commitment includes philanthropy, volunteering, environmental sustainability, and more.

On April 8th and 9th, our MAGNA-TILES team spent part of their day volunteering with Loaves and Fishes. As of today, our staff has logged over 200 volunteer hours, demonstrating our dedication to the MAGNA-TUDE Way. This initiative is a testament to our belief that by engaging in our Complete Commitment to Others, we can truly make a difference in the communities we serve.
This partnership also connects directly to our purpose of Promoting Meaningful Play. A hungry child is unable to learn, explore, or thrive—and certainly unable to play. According to Feeding America, 1 in 5 children in the U.S. face hunger (Feeding America, 2024). By supporting organizations that provide consistent access to nutritious food, we’re not only helping to meet a basic need—we’re helping pave the way for every child to reach their full potential, both inside and outside the classroom.

Thank you to everyone who participated and continues to make an impact. We are excited to continue our journey of giving back and creating positive change.
